Salary Options was established in response to a clearly communicated desire from members of the Victorian Hospitals' Industrial Association (VHIA) for a salary packaging service that meets the needs of the Health, Welfare and Support Services Sector. Health Financial established Salary Options in 2005 and has been delivering a responsive, effective, compliant and ethical salary packaging service to this sector since that time.

It is the goal of Salary Options and staff to provide the best customer service experience and satisfaction of any Salary Packaging provider in Australia.To do so we will listen to our customers, relate to each person with courtesy and seek to understand their unique circumstance.We will take personal responsibility for the service that we provide. Not only will we meet the current standards of practice, but we will continually strive to develop new standards of excellence to benefit our customers. For employees this means that we work proactively to communicate with you about maximising the benefits of salary packaging. Salary Options will treat all information provided by an employee or their organisation with the strictest confidence. Personal information will only be given over the phone post identity check. No information is passed to any third party (other than your employer for taxation reporting) without prior consent. All information held at Salary Options via hardcopy or electronic copy is securely retained. Disposal of hardcopy data is via a registered confidential records management company. All electric devices with data storage capability have their data chip removed prior to leaving Salary Options post service.
