David Wenban, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer

David is the Managing Director of Salary Options and its parent company, Health Financial.

He has formal clinical, management and legal qualifications which have seen him in various professional roles such as the CEO of a small rural health service, Executive and Corporate Counsel of a large Metropolitan Health Service and a legal and management consultant throughout Australia.

Away from work David enjoys a round of golf, red wine and travelling. He is a supporter of the Essendon Football Club and his three teenage children’s sporting activities (including the recent questionable decision to come out of retirement and play cricket with his son…).

 

Raylene Wenban, Director

As a Director of Salary Options Raylene is responsible for the overall management of Salary Options with her primary focus being on quality improvement, customer service, strategic planning, risk management, staff recruitment, training and retention. Raylene is a Director of Car Leasing Options and Health Financial.

With formal clinical and management qualifications, Raylene has spent over 20 years in nursing, nursing education and management.

Raylene’s private interests include catching up with friends for a coffee and a chat, supporting the Essendon Football Club and her three teenage children’s sporting activities.

 

Michael Read, General Manager 

Michael oversees the operational management of Salary Options including Information Technology, the development of all related people systems and processes and our supplier relationships. Michael has a very hands on approach to management and actively participates in the day to day payroll processes. He is regularly seen seated in our payments department assisting with an organisation’s payroll.

Michael holds formal business, management, human resources and IT related qualifications. Having previously worked at Western Health as the Chief Technology Officer Michael joined Salary Options in June 2011.

Michael's interests include old motor cars, martial arts, ballroom dancing, the Port Adelaide Football Club (but he does not talk about that) and sleep. Not that there is much sleep with two small children in the house.

 

Vincent Pinnone, Salary Packaging Consultant

Having spent the majority of his career in specialist roles, Vincent brings to Salary Options extensive business development, account management and marketing experience across a range of industries including salary packaging and novated leasing.
 
Vincent has a Diploma of Marketing and has recently completed a Diploma of Freelance Journalism.  In his spare time he enjoys photography and is an armchair sports professional.
 
 
Cuong Nguyen, Salary Packaging Consultant

Cuong joined Salary Options in January 2012 for his industry placement year as an accounting student with RMIT. Since that time Cuong has graduated and worked in a variety of roles in our oganisation obtaining a thorough knowledge of our business and operations.

Cuong confidently supports our clients through his knowledge of salary packaging, taxation and planning and his keen desire to listen and understand our client's needs. He travels throughout Australia assisting our clients and ensuring that they reap the maximum benefits from salary packaging.

As a proud older brother Cuong takes an active role helping out with homework and extra-curricular activities for his siblings.
